Privacy Policy

This website is run by Allie Hodges, South Tulsa Specialist with OUR OK Realty. It exists to introduce my work and make it easy to reach me. It does not run ads, it does not sell information, and it does not build advertising profiles about you.

The contact form on this site opens your own email app with a message already written — nothing is submitted to, or stored on, this website.

If you choose to reach out — by phone, text, email, or the contact form — you may send me your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write about your housing plans. That information goes to me (and, if you email the brokerage address, to OUR OK Realty) so I can answer you and help with your search or listing.

If we work together, I'll also collect the information your transaction requires — contracts, disclosures, and correspondence — as required by Oklahoma real estate law and my brokerage's policies.

Like most websites, the server that hosts this site records basic technical details when a page loads: an IP address, the browser and device type, the pages viewed, and the date and time. That log exists to keep the site running and to protect it from abuse. It is not used to build a profile of you, and it is not combined with anything you send me.

The "What clients say" section displays public reviews from my Google business listing and from OUR OK Realty's listing. Only reviews that name me are pulled from the brokerage listing. Reviewer names and profile photos are the ones those reviewers chose to publish on Google — they are public there, and this site simply shows them.

Reviews are fetched from Google when the page loads and briefly cached on our server so the page stays fast. If a review should not appear here, tell me and I'll remove it from this site.

A few outside services help this site work, and each may see limited technical data:

• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com, so Google can see the request that loads them.
• Google Business Profile — used to fetch the public reviews described above.
• Website hosting — the platform that serves these pages keeps the standard server logs described above.

These services exist to deliver the page, not to advertise. No advertising or social-media tracking pixels are installed on this site.

This site does not set advertising, analytics, or cross-site tracking cookies. If you arrive from another website, or leave for one (for example the OUR OK Realty listings), that site may use its own cookies under its own policy.

Only to be useful to you:

• To reply to your question and follow up about a property.
• To help you buy, sell, or rent in South Tulsa, Bixby, Jenks, and nearby areas.
• To keep records my brokerage and Oklahoma law require.
• To improve this website.

I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. I do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Information is shared only with: my brokerage,OUR OK Realty; the service providers that keep this site and my email working; and, when a transaction requires it, the other parties to it — the listing agent, title company, lender, or escrow officer. I may also disclose information where the law requires it.

You can ask me, at any time, to tell you what information I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also ask me to stop contacting you. Just email allie@ourokrealty.com or call (918) 645-7154.

If you're a California resident, this site does not "sell" or "share" personal information as those terms are used in the California Consumer Privacy Act, so no opt-out is needed. If you live in another state with similar privacy laws, the same answer applies — and you can still send me a request.

Messages you send are kept as long as it takes to be useful — typically while we're working together and afterward for my own records. Transaction records are kept for the period Oklahoma real estate law and my brokerage require. Server logs are kept only as long as the hosting platform needs them.

The site is served over HTTPS, and I keep the information I hold behind password and account protections. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so I can't promise absolute security — only reasonable care.

This site is written for adults making housing decisions and is not directed at children under 13. Please don't send information about children through the contact form.

This site links to places I don't control, including OUR OK Realty and my Homes.com agent profile. Their privacy practices are their own — read their policies before sending them information.

If this policy changes, I'll update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be noted here so you can see what's new.
